Glad you made it up there safe and sound. I hear you when it comes to laptops - they are hard for imaging. I spent a night and grabbed some shots from this same nice spot!

I have only been to the Princess Lodge once briefly, but growing up a spent a lot of time at the spot the hotel now sits. Winter and summer, it was a great place to sit and hang out. It used to be called the helicopter pad as that spot was used for that during the Pipeline construction. Just thought you might find that interesting.

I remember a shot of yours from here - yours is much better. It’s nice with that little campsite area right by there .. but there’s another lake, even better, to shoot from. But I’m not telling you where it is. :)

That’s very cool about the Princess Lodge site. It sure is a sweet locale. I should’ve taken some photos from there, just to show folks the view from there. Maybe another time this summer I’ll run up there.
