I hope that they are beginning to stop some of the hotels & other building mania that has been taking over the park. I can see why you love Wrangell so much.What a difference!!Banff is a beautiful place, but the development has got to stop somewhere. It's a double-edged sword - I can run into towns like Banff or Jasper and grab a latter and a bagel (I'm so cosmopolitan) the same afternoon I'm out photographing elk and bighorn sheep. It makes the place very accessible, which in turn makes it more crowded. I have no idea what the answer to that is. The Wrangells thankfully, offer some respite from that nonsense.
