		<description>Hey Mark,

Uuuhhmmm .. no, I don't - I was too cold to worry about taking photos .. and if I did, I'd probably not post them - after swimming in Icy Bay, one is not exactly at their most photogenic, if ya know what I mean. :) :) :)
Cheers

		<description>Hey Mark,

Ya know what the funniest part about this is? I had to shoot these using the timer on my camera - which means after each shot I'd have to swim back to shore, get out, check the photo, reset it up and shoot again, jump back in, etc. Tons o' fun!

Cheers

Carl

PS - the 2nd funny part was when I was done swimming, clambered onto the shore and lay on a rock like a bike fat lizard soaking up the sun trying to get warm again. :)

Thanks for the comments. Beth, I actually am a member of the Polar Bear Club - and I'll be doing my re-certification in a coupla weeks. :)

Ron, you mean 'fell in' like out of my boat? Like, my boat flipped and I swam? Dude, that just ain't gunna happen. :) You swam in the Copper River? Now &lt;u&gt;THAT&lt;/u&gt; is crazy. Totally crazy.

I think M got it right - WAY too much fun. :)

Cheers

<description>"And how can you go to a place called ‘Icy Bay” and not swim in the bay?"

You know, I find it pretty easy to not swim in a place like this!

The funny thing is, when you mentioned on the phone that you went swimming in Icy Bay, my first thought was that you fell in! Didn't think you would do it on purpose. You are crazy man! And that is coming from someone who has swam in the Copper River!
